Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years managing data testing in healthcare-related projects.
• Experience guiding QA teams without daily hands-on testing.

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims/membership/provider data and healthcare processes.
• Lead risk mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impact to executives.
