Advocate Health is seeking a remote Quality Intelligence Specialist to support value-based care initiatives. You will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive improvements across care delivery and outcomes.

You will develop dashboards, validate data integrity, and present insights to cross-functional leaders. A strong background in quality measures, HEDIS/NCQA, and MS Office is required, with 5 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field and 5+ years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.

Responsabilités

• Leads development and adoption of processes for accurate quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Develops reports, files and databases for internal/external reporting.
• Tracks and trends value-based payer quality performance data to inform department strategy.
• Collaborates with data professionals to ensure timely updates.
