Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Quality Intelligence Specialist to support system-wide quality data development, analysis, and reporting for value-based agreements. You will lead data validation, measure mapping, and dashboards to inform department strategy and improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and ~5 years in health care administration, quality intelligence, or related field, with experience in HEDIS/NCQA payor processes and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• HEDIS/NCQA payor experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Develops and defines quality measures, goals, and reporting for value-based agreements.
• Leads data collection, validation, analysis, and communication of quality data across departments.
• Develops EHR tools to support value-based priorities with other teams.
• Produces dashboards and reports for internal and external reporting; supports data integrity.
