Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Quality Intelligence professional to drive data collection, analysis and reporting for value-based care initiatives. You will lead cross‑department collaborations to improve data integrity and quality measures.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, validating data, and supporting reporting for internal and external stakeholders, with emphasis on HEDIS/NCQA metrics and payer data feeds. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and adoption of processes and mechanisms for accurate quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Manages interpretation, analysis and communication of Quality data across departments to drive improvements.
• Develops improved Electronic Health Record (EHR) tools to support data capture and value-based priorities.
• Leads Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders and tracks value-based payer performance data.
• Participates in development of reports, files and databases for internal and external reporting.
