Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Quality Intelligence professional to lead system-wide quality measure development and reporting efforts. The role focuses on health outcomes, data integrity, and actionable insights for clinicians and executives.

The position is full-time, dayshift, remote from designated states, with a strong emphasis on analytics, interdepartmental collaboration, and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools and measures.
• Project management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs and visual presentations, and maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to system-wide Quality/Health Outcomes measure development and definitions and aligns with external reporting programs.
• Leads the development of enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, tools and initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Ensures accuracy and optimization of quality data and supports data integrity and reporting.
• Develops dashboards and data visualizations to deliver actionable information to clinicians and leaders.
• Meets with external payer partners and internal teams to drive system improvements and quality strategies.
• Advances EHR tools to improve data capture for value-based agreements.
