Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Intelligence Analyst to support value-based programs across our system. You will develop data collection, validation, and reporting processes and build dashboards that drive improvements in care quality and payer performance.

Ideal candidates have HEDIS/NCQA experience, strong data visualization skills, and deep knowledge of health care data, EHR tools, and CMS guidelines. This role is fully remote with national scope across Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, PM, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in health care administration, quality or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA payor experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methods and measures.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting; able to create visuals.
• Experience with EHR tools and CMS/NCQA guidelines.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Create dashboards and dynamic reports to support quality initiatives.
• Lead quality intelligence meetings with stakeholders.
• Track payer quality performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to drive system improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across feeds and mappings.
