Advocate Health seeks a remote Senior Quality Analyst to drive enterprise‑wide quality reporting and data interpretation. You will develop dashboards, validate data, and partner with clinicians and leaders to improve health outcomes in a value‑based care environment.

You bring a strong background in healthcare administration, analytics, and project management, plus proficiency with MS Office and HEDIS/NCQA familiarity. This role supports a fully remote work model across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, project management, quality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in health care administration, quality intelligence, or related field.
• Experience with value-based agreements and payer data concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align enterprise quality reports and dashboards to improve health outcomes.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting processes across the organization.
• Validate data accuracy and support data integrity for quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative partners to drive improvement.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
• Support external reporting programs and maintain measurement specifications.
