Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Intelligence professional to lead data collection, analysis and reporting for value-based care initiatives. You will build dashboards, define measures and ensure data integrity across care programs.

Ideal candidates have HEDIS/NCQA payer experience, knowledge of quality improvement methods, and strong statistical skills. This is a fully remote, full-time role with collaboration across departments and with EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data, make inferences, and validate conclusions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develops quality strategies related to internal and external quality measures and payer data feeds.
• Leads development and adoption of processes for accurate quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Manages interpretation, analysis and communication of quality data across departments to drive improvements.
• Participates in development of reports, files, and databases for internal and external reporting; ensures data accuracy and integrity.
• Leads Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders.
• Tracks and trends value-based payer quality performance data to inform department strategy.
• Develops improved EHR tools to support data capture and strategic priorities in value-based agreements.
