Advocate Health seeks a remote Quality Intelligence professional to develop and implement value-based quality measures, drive data collection and reporting, and partner with data teams to improve health outcomes across the system.

The role requires 5 years in health care administration or quality intelligence, HEDIS/NCQA experience, and strong analytical and statistical skills. Remote work supports nationwide collaboration within Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data, make inferences, and validate conclusions

Responsabilités

• Contributes to system-wide quality measure development and reporting.
• Maintains quality data accuracy and integrity across measures and reports.
• Leads development of dashboards and data visualizations for internal and external reporting.
• Drives quality data collection, analysis, and communication across departments.
• Supports EHR tooling to ensure complete data capture for value-based agreements.
