Job summary

Buckland is seeking an Intermediate Quality Control Specialist to audit import entries and coordinate documentation for accuracy and compliance. You will review origin certificates, update PGA records, and support the operations team to maintain data integrity across the US brokerage process.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in US customs brokerage and one year in quality control, plus solid MS Office skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US customs brokerage experience.
• 1+ year of quality control experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTS classification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and audit documentation on entries.
• Assist in maintaining the quality and accuracy of import entries.
• Handle requests for missing information and ensure that data is accurate.
• Review Certificates of Origin and other documentation to confirm eligibility for Free Trade programs.
• Analyze and update PGA records in entries and database.
• Audit assigned files to ensure accuracy and instructions are followed.
