Responsible for overseeing U.S. compliance with broker regulations as outlined in 19 CFR 111, ensuring all requirements are consistently met. This role will establish and maintain procedures and quality standards for the operations team, while leading the Trade team to ensure full compliance with all U.S. Customs regulations.
