Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic PC skills.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of customer compliance requirements is preferred.
• 1–2 years of related work experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identifies missing information and areas requiring corrections.
• Contacts internal resource or customer to obtain required information.
• Ensures the product is in compliance with company and customer standards.
• Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.
