Job summary

First American is seeking a remote-ready document quality specialist to review final reports and ensure accuracy and compliance. You will identify missing information, contact stakeholders, and escalate complex questions as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and solid verbal/written communication. The role supports flexible hours with a 8:00am–7:30pm start/end window and remote options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years directly related experience.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of customer compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identifies missing information and areas requiring corrections.
• Contacts internal resource or customer to obtain required information.
• Ensures the product is in compliance with company and customer standards.
• Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.
