Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a quality and compliance leader to oversee support services, ensuring CBP and related agencies’ entries meet regulatory and customer requirements. This SME will train, guide, and coach teams while driving continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and service delivery.

The role includes supervising daily operations, leading cross-functional initiatives, and presenting performance updates to management. Remote-friendly with a focus on Memphis-area operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classification principles, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and analytical.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to team members and serve as the primary escalation resource for complex customs compliance and quality matters.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and support workload coordination.
• Identify, allocate resources, and coordinate priorities to achieve service and productivity goals.
• Generate and analyze daily to monthly operational reports to support business objectives.
