The Solution Consultant role focuses on showcasing Vault Quality capabilities—QMS, document control, training, batch release, and validation management—through customer-centric demonstrations and workshops with life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in life sciences or medical device/diagnostics.
• 3+ years’ experience in the pharma/biotech, medtech or similarly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery to understand key customer requirements.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of Vault Quality Cloud apps.
• Apply industry experience to guide customers to the best solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Lead workshops, pilots, and proofs of concept for deployment.
• Support webinars, demos, and industry events.
