Job summary

PossAbility, LLC in Springfield, IL seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to oversee ISPs and ensure individuals receive appropriate supports. You will develop and monitor ISPs and BSPs, collecting data and preparing monthly reviews for program status.

You will collaborate with therapists, nurses, and social workers to provide comprehensive services, maintain regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary case manager. Flexible work from home options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human services, public health, or related field required.
• QIDP certification and listed in the Department’s QIDP database is required.
• Five or more years of experience as a direct care worker for individuals with IDD preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Develop and oversee Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Prepare written monthly reviews with data and narrative updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Ensure compliance with IDHS and other regulations.
• Serve as primary case manager for the individuals supported.
• Assist in training staff and supervising colleagues.
