Job summary

Goldie Floberg Center is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve goals and independence in the community. The role blends office work with hands-on time in homes and in the community, making a meaningful impact daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Eligibility for (or current listing on) the DHS/DDD QIDP Registry.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and guide individualized service plans with individuals and families.
• Lead Community Support Team (CST) meetings and coordinate care.
• Ensure services align with each person’s goals and preferences.
• Balance office work with hands-on time in homes and the community.
