Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, orHuman Services)
  • Supervisory experience is essential
  • One year experience with persons with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write correspondence and effectively present information to individuals and groups

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support and oversight in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans (ISP).
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations by maintaining audit-ready files.
  • Leverage expertise in behavioral health and program coordination.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served.
