Career Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead case file reviews, monitor data integrity, and ensure program compliance with contract requirements.

This remote, full-time role reports to the QA Manager and requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with program directors and other staff.

You will identify deficiencies, drive corrective actions, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience.
• WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP experience in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility a must.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be computer literate with strong MS Excel skills, Google Drive experience and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal WIOA/TANF and other policies.
• Monitor data entered into State Systems and other participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
• Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs.
• Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other appropriate staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standard operating procedures and contract and TEGL updates.
• Review incoming invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy and proper documentation.
