Reporting to the QA Manager, the role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong Excel and data systems skills, and the ability to lead QA activities remotely across contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience.
• WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP experience in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Drive, and learning specialized databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of participant case files for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor data in State Systems and participant management tools for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify deficiencies, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
• Support QA staff to resolve file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs.
• Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other staff.
• Maintain multiple spreadsheets and reporting tools daily.
• Monitor QA reports and dashboards and alert QA Manager of discrepancies.
• Assist with preparations for and response to monitoring and audits.
