Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience.
• WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP experience in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility is required.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be computer literate with strong MS Excel skills, Google Drive experience and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal WIOA/TANF, State, local, and corporate policies.
• Monitor data entered into State Systems and other participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
• Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs.
• Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other appropriate staff.
• Ability to maintain and update multiple spreadsheets and reporting tools daily.
• Monitor quality assurance reports and dashboards and alert Quality Assurance Manager of any discrepancies.
• Assist with preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and quality management practices.
• Partner with the Training Coordinator to address recurring issues and conduct targeted training with local QA staff.
