Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Claims to lead QA across charge posting and claims management for multiple practices. You will supervise teams, audit submissions, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include QA audits, reporting, SOP maintenance, and training across onshore and offshore staff, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic revenue cycle environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• Strong CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS knowledge.
• Experience supervising QA or billing teams preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI, and billing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA auditing of charge posting and claims for multiple practices.
• Audit submissions and edits for accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate monthly QA and performance summaries for leadership.
• Develop and update SOPs and training materials.
• Coach and supervise onshore and offshore staff.
