Job summary

EyeCare Partners Career Opportunities is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to lead QA across charge posting and claims readiness for multiple practices. You will supervise internal and offshore teams, perform audits, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with leadership to develop training, monitor performance, and implement SOPs in line with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• > 3+ years of experience in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• > Supervisory/QA experience preferred (1–2 years).
• > Strong CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS knowledge and claims workflows.
• > Proficient with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• > Supervise day-to-day operations of charge posting and claims readiness teams (internal and offshore).
• > Review and audit claims submissions, edits, rejections, and charge entry for quality and timeliness.
• > Conduct routine QA audits with sample rates; log errors and improvements.
• > Track, analyze, and report errors and trends to leadership.
• > Create dashboards using PowerBI; provide QA metrics.
• > Train teams on billing protocols and regulatory updates; ensure HIPAA compliance.
