Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to oversee QA for charge posting and claims management across practices. You will supervise internal and offshore teams, audit submissions, and drive process improvement while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in charge posting/claims submission, strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, and proficiency with billing platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience performing QA audits and quality assurance for billing/claims.
• Strong analytical skills to review errors, edits and rejections.
• Proven ability to coach staff and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily charge posting and claims readiness teams across internal and offshore resources.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, rejections, and charge entry for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform routine QA audits with a 10–15% sample rate and log CPT/ICD-10 issues.
• Track, analyze, and report trends in errors; provide monthly QA summaries to leadership.
• Create dashboards with site-specific QA metrics using PowerBI and other tools.
• Coordinate with managers to address training gaps and implement improvements.
• Participate in weekly management syncs to align QA findings with training plans.
• Maintain and update QA SOPs and documentation per current billing guidelines.
• Resolve complex or escalated claims and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Conduct training on billing protocols, charge entry standards, and regulatory updates.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all billing regulations.
