EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims to oversee QA for charge posting and claims across multiple practices, including offshore resources. The role drives auditing, process improvements, and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities include training teams, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and applicable billing regulations, while collaborating with leadership to optimize QA outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and claims submission workflows.
• Proficiency with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of charge posting and claims readiness teams across internal and offshore resources.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, rejections, and charge entry for quality and timely processing.
• Track, analyze, and report trends in errors and rejections; provide monthly QA summaries to leadership.
• Develop and maintain QA procedures, SOPs, and documentation aligned with billing guidelines.
• Provide training on billing protocols and regulatory updates; ensure HIPAA compliance.
