Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Claims to oversee QA for charge posting and claims management across practices. You will supervise internal and offshore teams, audit submissions, and drive data-driven improvements to ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA.

The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboard reporting, and coaching to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and overall claim performance. Remote-friendly with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in charge posting and/or claims submission and reconciliation.
• Preferred 1–2 years in a supervisory or QA-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding and claims workflows.
• Proficiency with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day charge posting and claims readiness teams across internal and offshore resources.
• Review and audit claims submissions, edits, rejections, and charge entry for quality and timeliness.
• Conduct routine QA audits with sample rates and log errors for CPT/ICD-10 issues.
• Track, analyze, and report trends in errors; provide monthly QA summaries to leadership.
• Create dashboards with site-specific QA metrics using PowerBI and other tools.
• Coordinate with managers to address training gaps and implement process improvements.
• Participate in weekly syncs to align QA findings with training strategies and coaching.
• Maintain QA procedures and SOPs aligned with current billing guidelines.
• Resolve complex claims and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
• Conduct training on billing protocols and regulatory updates; ensure HIPAA compliance.
