Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across product delivery. You will drive test strategy, planning, execution, and release readiness, coaching the QA team and embedding quality throughout the SDLC in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, Agile/Scrum practices, and collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering to improve automation, visibility, and risk management. Remote opportunities available across the US.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery understanding and QA throughout discovery to release.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice with test planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Ensure test data, environments, and dependencies are managed for successful QA.
• Lead defect triage with clear severity, priority, and ownership.
• Define practical QA exit criteria and provide objective release quality recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout SDLC.
• Increase automated coverage and reduce manual regression over time.
