Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to drive quality across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparency of release readiness. You will lead day-to-day QA planning, strengthen automation, coach team members, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

The role emphasizes ownership of QA processes, risk-based testing, metrics, and proactive communication to surface issues early and guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Leads QA planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Tests are designed with functional, integration, regression and end-to-end coverage.
• Implements risk-based testing to prioritize high-value scenarios.
• Drives automation to complement manual testing and improve stability.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and set expectations for planning, execution and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work starts on time and blockers are communicated immediately.
• Provide transparency on what has been tested and remaining risks.
• Coach QA staff on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
