Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance practice across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely test execution, and early surfacing of defects. You will lead daily QA planning, strengthen automation, coach team members, and partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality in the lifecycle.

This role focuses on transparency, risk management, and proactive quality advocacy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software QA leadership with testing across SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice, test planning, and release readiness.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering, ensuring clear ownership and risk visibility.
• Advocate risk-based testing and automation to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide concise status reporting on quality, risks, blockers, and next actions.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline and root-cause analysis.
