Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to drive quality across product delivery, embedding testing throughout the software lifecycle. You will lead planning, execution, and metrics, coach the QA team, and partner with Product Owners and Engineering to elevate quality standards.

You will champion automation and risk-based testing, manage defect triage, and provide transparent status on readiness and risk. This role offers competitive compensation and remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or as a senior/lead resource for quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and QA throughout discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into thorough risk-based test coverage.
• Experience with automated API, UI, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted development/testing tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, test-management tools, CI/CD, observability platforms, and cloud environments.
• Experience maturing a QA organization toward a balance of automation and risk-based quality.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice, including test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Partner with Product Owners early to identify test scenarios, data needs, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, end-to-end testing; coordinate test data and environments.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering; track defects and document risks before release decisions.
• Define QA exit criteria and ensure timely releases with objective test evidence.
• Increase automated coverage in collaboration with QA Automation Engineers; drive efficient pipelines.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test-case creation while preserving human review.
