Qualifications

• Leads day-to-day QA planning and execution.
• Develops and maintains test strategies for features and platform changes.
• Coaches QA team members on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
• Defines test approaches and exit criteria for releases.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Coordinate test data, environments, integrations, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering, ensuring clear ownership and closure.
• Provide objective quality recommendations for releases based on evidence and risk.
• Partner with QA Automation Engineers to expand automated coverage without brittleness.
