Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to oversee the QA discipline across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparent reporting. You will drive automation, regression coverage, and a culture of quality with Product Owners and Engineering throughout the SDLC.

You will mentor the QA team, embed quality early in discovery, and define test strategies and metrics. Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for successful releases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software QA experience across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or senior/lead quality ownership.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and QA in discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Proven ability to create test strategies and map complex workflows to thorough risk-based coverage.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, surfacing concerns early to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, healthcare tech, APIs, or heavy integration workflows.
• Experience with automated API, UI, regression and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, test-management tools, CI/CD, observability platforms, cloud environments.
• Experience helping a QA org mature toward balanced automation and risk-based quality.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day QA practice, establish expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins as planned and address delays, blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps.
• Create transparency into what has been tested, remaining tests, current defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, root-cause analysis, and ownership.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering, track defects to resolution and retest.
• Define practical QA exit criteria and ensure critical defects are closed before release.
• Provide objective quality recommendations for releases based on test evidence and risk.
• Increase automated coverage without brittle automation; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design and data.
