Job summary

Caylent, a fully remote global AI-first cloud services company, seeks a QA tester to execute comprehensive test plans for IVR, chat, email, and Amazon Connect. You will validate CRM and third-party integrations, perform regression and usability testing, and collaborate with developers to ensure testing aligns with business needs.

UAT coordination and post-implementation monitoring are part of the role. Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of QA experience, strong communication, and adaptability

Qualifications
