Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/test engineering experience with CCaaS or IVR/voice tech.
• Hands-on with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS platform.
• Proficient in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium for API and E2E testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations.
• Build and maintain manual and automated test suites (UI, API, serverless).
• Lead UAT sessions with customer stakeholders and mentor juniors.
