Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Process Project BOMs as assigned
• Process requisitions into Purchase Orders
• Process purchased items vendor confirmations
• Follow up on unconfirmed purchases and generate report
• Expedite all confirmed late purchased items and communicate to respective teams
• Process inventory and job transfers items
• Procure office supplies
• Procure and manage purchased safety items
• Process system shipping requests, request vendor quotes and place orders
• Process shippers for vendor related item returns
• Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned
