Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process Project BOMs as assigned.
• Convert requisitions to Purchase Orders.
• Handle vendor confirmations and follow up on unconfirmed purchases.
• Expedite late purchases and communicate status to teams.
• Process inventory and job transfers.
• Procure office supplies and safety items.
• Manage shipping requests and vendor quotes.
