Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage purchase orders aligned with project BOMs and budget requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate delays or procurement issues to Operations; oversee end-to-end material flow.
• Track and communicate lead times; coordinate with internal teams to maintain schedules.
• Identify and address component shortages to mitigate project delays.
• Procure materials and services through Diversified Automation systems including subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders regarding material availability.
• Escalate supplier constraints to Procurement Leader and propose solutions to prevent stoppages.
• Leverage market insights to negotiate pricing and optimize purchasing decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
• Develop expertise in material handling construction requirements and maintain supplier relationships.
