House Buyers of America is searching for a Purchasing Manager to handle bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations. This role includes overseeing purchasing aspects, developing detailed scopes of work, and recruiting new contractors. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in purchasing within the home building or remodeling sector and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Understanding and speaking some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts and track project budgets.
• Negotiate costs and creatively source new products.
• Develop detailed scopes of work for each renovation job.
• Recruit and manage contractors and vendors.
