The role requires 5+ years of experience in purchasing with major home builders, excellent negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiations and cost management.
• Ability to recruit new contractors and manage vendor relationships.
