Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee all aspects of purchasing for home renovations from a fully remote position. The role includes bidding and managing contracts, negotiating costs, and developing detailed project scopes and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, ensuring contractor compliance.
• Negotiate costs and source new products for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets.
• Manage and train general contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractors and maintain vendor relationships.
