Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and speak some Spanish is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractors are performing as per contracts.
• Negotiate costs and source new products for renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Recruit and manage contractors and vendors.
