Zillow Group Inc. is hiring a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate and manage purchase loans for customers referred through the Zillow ecosystem.

This remote role is based in Ohio and offers a path in either high-volume, digitally driven or relationship-based markets. You'll guide borrowers from application through funding, maintain an active pipeline, collaborate with processing, underwriting and closing teams, and stay current on market trends to provide tailored financing

Competenze

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Ohio.
• Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or relationship-based models.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and knowledge of mortgage processes.

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions.
