Qualificações

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase emphasis.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator license or equivalent under federal bank license.
• Core Pre-Licensing Education (20 hours) and SAFE test completed.

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers, agents, and local partners to grow pipeline.
