Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• CORE Pre-Licensing Education completed and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in Maryland and able to work remotely.
• Experience in high-volume, phone-based sales or agent-centric referral model.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM and LOS to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Coordinate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
