Zillow Group’s Home Loans team is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in either a high-volume, digital setting or a relationship-driven model, with performance-driven KPIs and strong support from our platform.

Based in Kentucky and working remotely, you may also visit an office as needed.

Formación

3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component.
Physically located in and working remotely from Kentucky.
Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric models.
Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills.

Responsabilidades

Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
Convert opportunities into funded loans through follow-up and borrower consultation.
Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
