Zillow Group in Maryland is hiring a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer who will originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You may work in a high-volume, digital environment or a relationship-driven market model, delivering responsive service and results.

The role emphasizes staying compliant, using CRM/LOS tools, and maintaining licensure while building a strong customer experience. Remote work is allowed with state residency restrictions in Maryland.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchases.
• Must be NMLS licensed or work under a federal bank license.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Maryland.
• Proven success originating purchase loans in either a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage process.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and effective borrower consultation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline while meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.
