Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans for customers in Zillow’s ecosystem. You’ll guide borrowers from first contact through funding, in either a high-volume digital setup or a relationship-driven market model.

Role requires 3+ years in mortgage origination, NMLS licensing, CORE pre-licensing, and residency in Arizona. Eligible for equity awards and competitive base pay with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive follow-up and consultative borrower support.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/local partners.
