Job summary

Zillow Group's Zillow Home Loans is seeking a remote Purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer based in Arizona. You will originate and manage purchase loans, guide borrowers from application to funding, and work in either a high-volume digital or relationship-driven model, with KPIs guiding performance.

You will be supported by Zillow’s platform, leverage CRM/LOS tools, and operate in a structured environment with equity and incentive compensation.

Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on purchase transactions.
CORE Pre-Licensing Education completion and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test–National Component with Uniform State Content.
Physically located in and working remotely from Arizona.
Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric models.
Strong client service orientation and deep understanding of the mortgage process.

Responsibilities

Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
Convert opportunities into funded loans via proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
Build strong relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
Manage active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
Leverage Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline and engagement.
Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
Deliver high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
Stay current on market trends, programs, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain active licensing and ongoing professional development.
This role involves voiceprint data collection for compliance purposes.
