Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer for the Zillow Home Loans team. You will originate and manage purchase mortgages from first contact to funding, choosing between high-volume digital or consultative, market-based models based on your strengths.

Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage origination experience with focus on purchase transactions.
Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or licensed under a federal bank.
Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component.
Physically located in Florida and authorized to work remotely from Florida.

Responsibilities

Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
Build strong relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels, productivity metrics and funding expectations.
Leverage Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
Partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
Stay current on market trends, lending programs and regulatory requirements.
