Recruit and activate new publishers and affiliates, then grow their accounts profitably. You will own the relationship from outreach through launch and ongoing growth, matching partners with offers that fit their audience, traffic sources, and economics.
Much of your day happens over instant messaging and email. Clear written selling, quick task switching, and reliable follow-through are essential. Success requires coordinating with the Partner Development team, offer setup, Compliance, and Finance to turn opportunities into approved, performing campaigns.
What you will own
- Build the publisher pipeline. Research and recruit affiliates, understand their business models and traffic sources, and sell relevant offers that turn prospects into active partners.
- Activate new partners. Guide onboarding, coordinate approvals and tracking setup, and follow through until campaigns are live and generate traffic.
- Grow existing accounts. Recommend relevant offers, propose tests, reactivate dormant partners, and negotiate payouts and exclusive opportunities while protecting margins.
- Improve performance. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, earnings per click, and revenue. Identify growth opportunities or performance drops and turn findings into specific next steps.
- Coordinate across teams. Work with the Partner Development team on offer availability, budgets, and advertiser approvals; Compliance on traffic quality; and Finance on payment questions.
- Keep conversations moving. Communicate offer updates, restrictions, and performance insights clearly in messaging and email. Track commitments and keep account records current.
- Shift priorities and resolve issues. Move quickly between recruitment, launches, and live campaign concerns. Address urgent revenue risks, involve the right teams, and follow through to resolution.
What makes you exceptional
- Proven publisher growth. You have recruited or managed affiliates in performance marketing and can quantify the partners you activated, revenue you grew, and results you personally drove.
- Strong written selling. You uncover partner needs, explain why an offer fits, handle objections, and secure commitments through concise instant messages and emails.
- Publisher and traffic fluency. You understand how partners acquire and monetize traffic, assess offer fit, and spot quality or compliance concerns before scaling.
- Commercial and analytical judgment. You use spreadsheets and reports to interpret conversion rates, earnings per click, payouts, and margins. You understand tracking basics and investigate before recommending changes.
- Fast, organized execution. You switch tasks without losing context or commitments, learn platforms quickly, and follow through without reminders. You apply feedback and raise problems with proposed solutions.
- Understanding of the full sales cycle. You know which teams and approvals a campaign requires and check feasibility before promising payouts, budgets, or launch dates.
How success is measured
We measure new publishers producing revenue, account growth and margin, partner retention and reactivation, traffic quality, timely launches, and your ability to coordinate teams and resolve issues.
